As the backbone of the company, Hongshi Electrical R&D shoulders the core tasks of the company's product research and development, trial production, technical management, etc. Through the joint efforts of department members, it has promoted the enterprise to actively forge ahead in product innovation, technical innovation and management innovation, and has achieved remarkable results.

In technology, it has 55 effective patents, 7 software copyrights, and actively participated in the formulation of a number of national standards, industry standards, group standards, enterprise standards, etc. As an extension of technology, the company and Hangzhou Radio and TV University established a school enterprise research center to jointly build a new school enterprise development platform. In the past three years, the company has passed the provincial new product appraisal for many scientific and technological achievements.

In terms of management, the R&D carried out innovative activities in strict according to the project management model, constantly improved the technical management process, helped the enterprise to pass the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, and passed the "Made in Zhejiang" certification and the national CNAS laboratory certification.
