On May 28, 2024, with the completion of the last cubic meter of concrete pouring, the non-productive building project of Smart Home Products Production Project 1# Plant was successfully completed!
Since Hongshi moved from Gaoqiao to Lushan Industrial Park in 2018, it has successively built No. 3 and No. 2 plants, solving the problem of "factory crowding", thus realizing the construction of "green factories" and "smart factories" and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, employees have put forward new requirements for accommodation environment. The company's senior management has also continued to pay attention to the living problems of employees, and it is urgent to help employees solve the accommodation problem. In April 2023, the construction project of the employee dormitory building officially started, and after 14 months, it was finally successfully completed.
The Hongshi employee dormitory building is located in the southwest of the factory, with a total investment of more than 45 million yuan, a total construction area of 18,000 square meters, 13 floors, more than 250 rooms, and equipped with expert rooms, gyms, activity rooms, reading rooms, etc. Each dormitory has an independent bathroom, kitchen, table and bed, air conditioning, WiFi, etc., and is equipped with a laundry room, and a high-rise elevator is also installed. At the same time, tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, leisure areas and other venues are specially built on the rooftop of the 4th floor for employees to relax and have fun after work.
